While students are completing coursework remotely,  construction projects are already moving forward.  Demolition begins on S116 next week.  This is a biology lab that has served students at McMurry for over 40 years.  We are updating it to serve as a computer lab and classroom to support the Human Health Science program and the Sustainability and Renewable Resources program.

The university is completing a separate, related project to update S117, the biology lab next door.

Furnishings will include task seating and mobile workspaces for students as well as an instructor station.  Classroom technology will include large monitors, outlets, and cabinetry.  This space will be inviting and increase McMurry’s capacity for delivering instruction for multiple science programs.

New spaces for new classes in the Fall!  We are looking forward to the return of our students to enjoy these updated spaces in August, 2020.
